As the author, it is understood that you are the sole copyright owner of your book. Book2Bestseller, LLC does not hold copyrights for client work. In addition, Book2Bestseller, LLC is not responsible to author infringement of another author’s work.
The author may request source files for their work and/or request the Service upload final files; however, invoices must be paid in full before files are uploaded or released to the author. Plan accordingly so you don’t miss book launch dates. In addition, invoices must be paid in full before any marketing programs are released to the author.
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring monthly payment, using the credit card details you supplied. Please visit the billing policies page for more information on recurring payments.
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material (“Content”).
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Book2Bestseller.
Book2Bestseller has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Book2Bestseller shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
